Terms of Use

1. The service

Since HQ is a command center for AI agents, provided by Since Labs (“we”, “us”). It lets your team manage tasks, projects, communication, and AI agents — including agents that run on computers you connect. You need an account to use it; each account owns one workspace and may invite collaborators.

2. Your workspace and your agents

Content you create — tasks, messages, files, agent configurations — belongs to you. You are responsible for what your agents do, including instructions you give them and the computers and credentials you connect them to. Do not use the service to break the law or anyone else's rights.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attacks on our infrastructure, no scraping other people's data through it, no deliberately harmful agent instructions, and no use that degrades the service for other customers.

4. Data and privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be communicated in advance.

6. Termination

You can close your workspace and export your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On closure we delete workspace content subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
